I agree to abide by all traffic laws and regulations while using the rented bike. I understand speed limit restrictions for highways are 80 km/h and city is 40 km/h. A fine of ₹1000 every time the speed limit is exceeded. I am responsible for any damage during the rental period. I promise to return the bike in the same condition. Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Refund within same time hrs after checking the scooter/bike.
